Dear AUA Open Education Open Class Applicant,
WELCOME to AUA Open Education! Open Classes are actual classes offered at AUA Open Education at the moment that are open to all prospective applicants at no cost. Our courses are intended to offer you the opportunity of making yourself familiar with what the classes are like at Open Education Please take the time to read these policies carefully and feel free to check with our Office if you have questions that have not been addressed in this document.
Open Class Registration: To register for attending an Open Class with AUA Open Education,
1) select a class you wish to attend by checking the table of Open Classes below.
2) download and fill-in the Open Class Visit Form (the form can also be obtained at Open Education office),
3) bring the filled-in printed copy of the form to AUA Open Education office, or email the filled-in and scanned version of it to us at [email protected].
You should have the Open Class Visit Form signed by the Director of Open Education to be able to attend the Open Class.
Advance Registration: Please register at least 3 working days in advance for information on class availability, classroom arrangements and other details.
One Open Class per visitor: Registered applicants may attend only one class of either language or professional courses by their choice.
Cancelations: Registered applicants may cancel their registration with prior notification to AUA Open Education. In the event of cancellation of a class, Applicants will be informed in advance.
Code of Conduct: Registered Open Class applicants are required to be on time to the Open Class, to stay either through the entire duration of the class, or before the break of class, switch off mobile phones. Open classes are an opportunity to observe teaching style of an instructor, and to see class dynamics, thus open class visitors are kindly asked not to participate in classes.

Note* No Open Classes are available during holidays and test days.
