The demand for Product Management is increasing every day as companies realize the importance of this role for product success. However, there are no programs in Universities you can attend to become a Product Manager, so where do you start?
This course presents the entire Product Management process from idea generation and validation, market research, development concepts to UX and prototyping and related technology, KPIs and essential metrics, as well as the product development process; project management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product delivery.
As a participant, you are not required to have any prior experience in product management. We will start with the basic concepts and fundamentals and complete the course with advanced knowledge of all the aspects required to become a Product Manager.
At the completion of this course, you will have a ready portfolio material for your future position.

About the Instructor: Lilith Vanesian has been working in Business Automation, Product management and marketing for more than 10 years. Last 3 years Lilith’s main focus is to add value to the customers and clients in various industries through the means of empowering software solutions.
Lilith holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and MA in Sociology from Yerevan States University and Social Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Oxford University. This course was designed applying the years of experience providing software solutions to international companies such as Bank of America, Moody’s Analytics, Kantar, Ipsos, Johnson & Johnson and many more.
As your instructor, Lilith has a very individual approach working with training program participants, which means you will be provided with all the support, coaching and mentorship to achieve your goals with this course.
Enrollment: To enroll in AUA Open Education courses, please go through the following steps (see below for the Armenian version):
- Visit im.aua.am.
- Create an account by clicking New User Registration.
- If you are not a new user and already have an AUA account (having previously taken the AUA e-Math Test or applied to AUA), you should log into the account that you had created at that time.
- If you just registered as a new user, you will get an email asking to activate your account.
- Now, for registering to take a course, go to the Open Education tab, choose Adults (16+), then New Application, and apply for the course(s) you choose.
- After you register online, your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
- Closer to the course start date, you will receive another email confirming your enrollment, requesting that you make payment before the course start date. The fee can be paid online via credit card or through the EasyPay terminal (located at the entrance to AUA). Alternatively, you may pay the fee via bank transfer to the American University of Armenia Fund, account 1570001024240100, Ameria Bank CJSC, indicating your full name (as in the registration) and the course you are paying for.
- The completed application together with the record of payment completes your enrollment.
