About the course:
This course provides an intensive introduction to the communication process and how to make an effective business presentation to both internal and external stakeholders. The course involves lectures, class activities and presentations, discussions with active engagement by the participants.
The course aims to provide tools and resources and builds cumulatively tips on how to develop and deliver an effective business presentation to reach a targeted audience.
